Jasper Jones is a great read.
The talk is that it gets you in from the first page and seems to have equal appeal to men and women.
You might remember that Silvey’s first novel Rhubarb was chosen as the Book of the Festival a few years back.
You might also be interested to hear Craig Silvey talk about Jasper Jones at the UWA Spring extension talks in October. The tickets are $20 and you have to book.
